Withdrawal of Manuscript

The withdrawal of a manuscript after submission is strongly discouraged. Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscripts must submit a formal request in writing to the editorial office, stating the reasons for withdrawal. Withdrawal is only permitted for acceptable and ethical reasons, such as errors in data or duplicate submission detected by the author.

If a manuscript is withdrawn after the peer-review process has begun, authors may be subject to administrative sanctions, including a ban on future submissions for a certain period. Manuscripts that are withdrawn after acceptance and before publication will be marked as “Withdrawn” in the journal’s system for record-keeping and transparency.

Unethical withdrawal, such as withdrawing an article to submit it to another journal simultaneously, is considered a violation of publication ethics and may result in blacklisting of the authors from future submissions.
